At Shahd Vita Bio, we collect as little personal data as possible โ only what is strictly necessary to deliver your honey to your door. This page explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
When you place an order, we ask for:
- Your full name โ to address and hand over your parcel.
- Your phone number โ to confirm your order by WhatsApp and coordinate delivery.
- Your region, city and delivery address โ to ship your order.
- Your email address (optional) โ only if you choose to provide it, for order-related communication.
- Any order notes you choose to add.
That is all. We do not ask for, collect or store any payment or banking data: payment is made exclusively in cash upon delivery.
How we use your data
Your data is used only to process, confirm and deliver your orders, contact you on WhatsApp about your order, and handle any return or after-sales request. We do not use your data for advertising without your consent, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties โ with one necessary exception: your name, phone number and address are passed to our delivery partner solely to deliver your parcel.
How long we keep it
Order information is kept for the time needed to manage the sale, deliveries, returns and our legal accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised. WhatsApp conversations are kept only as long as useful for customer service.
Cookies
Our website uses only the technical cookies necessary for it to function (such as keeping your cart). We do not use invasive advertising trackers.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
Your rights
In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, and to object to its processing.
