These terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) govern all sales made through the website shahdvita.bio between Shahd Vita Bio (the “Seller”) and any person making a purchase (the “Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.
1. Purpose and scope
These Terms set out the rights and obligations of the parties in the online sale of the products offered by Shahd Vita Bio – 100% natural honeys harvested in Morocco – delivered anywhere in the Kingdom. They apply to every order placed on the website, to the exclusion of any other document.

3. Products
Shahd Vita Bio sells natural honeys from Moroccan terroirs, presented in 1 kg jars. Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are for illustration only: the colour, texture and crystallisation of a natural honey may vary from one harvest to another without the product ceasing to be compliant. Products are offered subject to available stock.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are, however, invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed. Delivery is free: no extra charge is added to the displayed amount.
5. Ordering
The Customer orders directly on the website, without needing to create an account, by providing the information required for delivery (name, phone, city and address). Once submitted, the order is confirmed by WhatsApp or phone to verify the items and the address. The sale becomes final only after this confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order showing an anomaly (incomplete or clearly incorrect details, prior dispute, etc.).
6. Cash on delivery
The only accepted payment method is cash on delivery: payment is made in cash, directly to the courier, on receipt of the parcel. No online payment is required, and no banking data is requested or collected. The Customer pays the full order amount in dirhams.
7. Free delivery all over Morocco
Delivery is free on all orders, anywhere in Morocco, with no minimum purchase. Parcels are dispatched after confirmation and generally delivered within 24 to 48 working hours by our partner couriers. Times may be slightly longer for rural or remote areas; the Customer is informed where applicable. If the Customer is absent at delivery, the courier will get back in touch to arrange a new attempt. Risk in the product passes to the Customer on hand-over of the parcel.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection measures, the Customer has a right of withdrawal. However, as honey is a perishable foodstuff and a product sealed for hygiene reasons, an opened jar or one whose seal has been broken cannot be taken back, except in the case of non-conformity or a proven defect. If a product arrives damaged, non-compliant or incorrect, the Customer is invited to contact the Seller within 48 hours of delivery, via WhatsApp, with a photo where possible. The Seller will then replace the product or refund it.
9. “Satisfied or refunded” guarantee
Shahd Vita Bio stands by the quality of its honeys. If a product does not satisfy you, contact us: together we will find a solution – replacement or refund – in a spirit of trust and service.
10. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of a stock shortage, product unavailability, force majeure or Customer fault. Products comply with the Moroccan regulations in force. Honey is a natural product intended for consumption; it is not recommended for infants under twelve months or for people with a known allergy to bee products.
11. Personal data
The Customer’s personal data is collected solely to process and deliver orders, in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. To learn more, see our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual property
All elements of the website (the “Shahd Vita Bio” brand, logo, texts, photographs and layout) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the Seller. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
13. Force majeure
The Seller cannot be held liable for non-performance or delay due to a force majeure event within the meaning of Moroccan law (natural disaster, courier strike, network outage, etc.).
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable solution, in particular via WhatsApp. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Casablanca.
