Delivery across Morocco
We deliver everywhere in Morocco, from major cities to smaller towns. Once your order is confirmed by WhatsApp, it is carefully packed and handed to our delivery partner. Most orders arrive within 24 to 48 hours; remote areas may occasionally take slightly longer, and we will keep you informed.
Delivery fees
- Free shipping on all orders from 1000 DH.
- Below 1000 DH, a standard fee applies depending on your city or zone — always confirmed with you on WhatsApp before shipping, with no surprises.
Payment
Payment is exclusively cash on delivery: you pay the courier in dirhams when your parcel arrives. No card details, no prepayment.
Receiving your order
Please check your parcel at delivery. Our jars are packed with care, but if anything arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours, ideally with photos.
Returns and exchanges
Your satisfaction matters to us. If a jar arrives broken, leaking or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you — quickly and without fuss. Because honey is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened jars for hygiene reasons, except in cases where the product does not conform to what you ordered.
To start a return or exchange, simply message us on WhatsApp with your order details. We handle every case personally.
