Free delivery, all over Morocco
Delivery is 100% free on all orders, in every Moroccan city, with no minimum purchase. The price you see is the price you pay: no delivery fee is added.
Delivery times
After your order is confirmed by WhatsApp, your parcel is dispatched and generally delivered within 24 to 48 working hours. For rural or remote areas the time may be slightly longer; we let you know at confirmation.
Cash on delivery
You pay nothing online. Payment is made in cash, to the courier, when you receive your parcel: no bank card, no prepayment.
Tracking your order
Our team stays with you on WhatsApp from start to finish: confirmation, dispatch and any question about your delivery. Message us at +212 7 08 16 16 69.
Returns and satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority. As honey is a foodstuff sealed for hygiene reasons, an opened jar cannot be taken back, except for a damaged, non-compliant or incorrect product.
