General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions govern all sales made through the Shahd Vita Bio website. By placing an order, you accept them in full. They may be updated at any time; the version in force on the date of your order applies.
1. The seller
The Shahd Vita Bio website is operated by [Company legal name], [legal form], registered in Morocco under [trade register / ICE number], with its registered office at [address] (“the Seller”). Contact: WhatsApp +212 7 08 16 16 69.
2. Products
Shahd Vita Bio sells natural Moroccan honeys presented in 1kg jars. Product photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible; slight variations in colour, texture or crystallisation may occur from one harvest to another, as is normal for raw, natural honey, and do not constitute a defect.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (DH), all taxes included, and exclude delivery fees unless stated otherwise. The Seller may modify prices at any time; the price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time the order is placed and confirmed.
4. Orders and confirmation
Orders are placed on the website. Every order is then confirmed with the customer by WhatsApp, using the phone number provided at checkout. An order is only final once confirmed by the customer during this exchange. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of an incomplete address, an unreachable phone number, a history of unjustified parcel refusals, or suspected fraud.
5. Payment — cash on delivery
Payment is made exclusively in cash, in dirhams, upon delivery of the parcel (cash on delivery). No online payment is taken and no banking data is collected or stored by the Seller.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available throughout Morocco, normally within 24 to 48 hours from order confirmation. This timeframe is indicative and may be extended for remote areas or exceptional circumstances. Delivery fees depend on the destination and are communicated before shipping; delivery is free for orders of 1000 DH or more. If a customer is absent or unreachable at delivery, the courier will make a reasonable attempt to reschedule; unjustified refusal of a confirmed parcel may lead the Seller to decline future cash-on-delivery orders from that customer.
7. Conformity, returns and refunds
The customer should check the parcel upon receipt. Any damage, breakage or non-conformity must be reported by WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos. Where the claim is justified, the Seller will replace the product or refund the amount paid. As honey is a foodstuff, opened jars cannot be returned except in cases of non-conformity.
8. Liability
The Seller’s products are natural foodstuffs. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the suitability of honey for their own consumption (in particular, honey is not recommended for infants under 12 months). The Seller cannot be held liable for improper storage after delivery.
9. Personal data
Data collected at ordering (name, phone, address, optional email) is used solely to process and deliver orders, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, including Law 31-08 on consumer protection. In case of dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent Moroccan courts will have jurisdiction.
