How does cash on delivery work?

It is simple: place your order online, we confirm it with you by WhatsApp, and you pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives at your door. No bank card, no prepayment, no risk.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation, anywhere in Morocco. Remote areas may occasionally take a little longer โ€” we will let you know on WhatsApp if that is the case.

Do you deliver everywhere in Morocco?

Yes, we deliver across the whole country โ€” major cities and smaller towns alike. Delivery fees depend on your city and are confirmed with you before shipping, with no surprises.

When is shipping free?

Shipping is free on all orders of 1000 DH or more. Below that threshold, a standard delivery fee applies depending on your zone.

How will my order be confirmed?

Shortly after you order, we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm your items, your address and the delivery fee. Your order ships only once you have confirmed โ€” so make sure your phone number is correct.

How do I know your honey is authentic?

All our honeys are raw and 100% natural: cold-extracted, gently filtered, never heated, never blended, nothing added. Each variety is harvested in its actual terroir by local beekeepers we work with directly. If a jar ever fails to meet that promise, contact us and we will make it right.

My honey has crystallised โ€” is something wrong?

Not at all. Crystallisation is a natural process and one of the best signs of a raw, unheated honey. To return it to liquid, place the closed jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes. Never microwave honey.

How should I store my honey?

Keep the jar tightly closed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and humidity. There is no need to refrigerate โ€” honey keeps naturally for a very long time when stored properly.

Can I return or exchange a product?

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and we will replace it or refund you. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened jars.

Can I order as a gift or in larger quantities?
